nice to be heard
happy halloween!
i had my first appointment with a therapist this morning. it was really great. i think this is such a great step in the right direction. i'm so glad i went searching for help in the first place. i can't believe how much this has changed my life. i am so grateful and thankful.
at my therapy appointment we discussed my relationships with my mother, sister1, and father. i've got things to work through with my father and sister1 so i'm glad that i'm seeing someone who can help guide me through this maze. it's just nice for someone unrelated to the situations to listen and offer insight or thoughts. it's nice to be heard.
