grammatical pet peeve
as i was standing in the shower this morning, i was listening to 96.5 WKLH. the radio people were jibbering on about something trite and meaningless and the woman (who's name escapes me)... oh wait, her name is allie... says "i seen..."
i HATE that.
first of all, one can't SEEN anything.
it must be used like so: i've seen that already.
see the difference? i've... i... i've... i...
there's a difference.
shouldn't radio personalities be grammatically correct? i think so. maybe it's just me.
